Yes! We require 50% non-refundable retainer booking fee and the remaining balance is broken up into 2 payments and total is due 3 weeks before your event.
Yes. A $350 refundable incidental security deposit is required. The incidental security deposit is needed 3 weeks before your event date. The incidental security deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days once confirmation is confirmed that the event space and all rental items are in good condition and no damages occurred.
The additional cost is $185 Mon-Thurs $200/hr Friday-Sunday.
Our studio can accommodate up to 100 guests per event. 100 standing up or seated with no tables. 80 seated with tables.
Setup time is included in the venue rental package that was chosen for your event needs. If additional time is needed, please add on additional hours or consider booking a full-day rental.
(Example) If you reserve 11 AM - 5 PM, you will be granted access at 11 AM and exit exit at 5 PM
Yes, we have a kitchenette prep area, which includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and prep table. We do not allow cooking on the premises. All food should be prepared prior to arrival at the studio.
Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages.
Open House viewing is Tuesday and Thursday 5pm-8pm, appointment only. Virtual tours can be viewed under "Venue Tour".
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKE ALLOWED. Smoking is prohibited in all area of the building at all times.
Yes. Alcohol can be served at events but the client must book a bartender from our venue preferred vendor list and security for evening events.

No nails, tape, screws, staples, glue, screw in hooks, on our walls or floor. No glitter or confetti is allowed. No fireworks or open flames, candles, must be placed inside a vase or some type of non flammable container. If any of these items are used you will forfeit your security deposit.
Once you’ve chosen a date, we will email you a proposal to review and sign electronically. Your 50% non refundable retainer fee is due at the time of signing your proposal. No date will be reserved until payment and signed contract is received.
Yes, we include 60 inch rounds, 6ft rectangular, cocktail tables, and 70 clear chiavari chairs. Additional chairs can be added at additional cost.
Please be advised: postponements such as event date changes are considered cancellations. We are not responsible for weather, travel, or guest/attendee circumstances, etc. Cancellations must be made in writing(no voicemail messages. NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR CANCELLATIONS. A $150 DATE CHANGE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. Any remaining deposits will be applied to the new event date minus the $150 date change fee. If for any reason we are unable to operate due to government mandates an event date change within 12 months of the original event date will be granted and no date change fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued.
